Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

As a Night Porter, you will...

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
Ground floor cleaning to a high standard
4-5 Shifts per week 11pm-7am
