6+ years of experience managing software development projects, with a strong focus on business analysis.
You’ve built documentation that actually makes sense—and makes life easier for devs, clients, and stakeholders alike.
💼 What you'll do:
Be the point person between tech and business. Translate needs, set expectations, and keep everyone in sync.
Gather and dig into requirements like a detective. Traceability, use cases, data models—you know the drill.
Lead workshops and UAT like a pro. Keep energy high, feedback flowing, and outcomes clear.
Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate smart fixes.
Keep your eyes on the bigger picture: align projects with business goals, flag risks early, and push for smarter processes.
🧰 Tech you (hopefully) vibe with:

Mainframe environments, SQL, Salesforce, Remedyforce
