Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a dedicated and highly organized Patient Support Coordinator to serve as the front-line connection for patients seeking sleep testing services. You'll be responsible for coordinating communication, confirming appointments, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Text, call, and email inbound leads to confirm interest and eligibility for sleep testing.
  • Set reminders and follow up with patients who haven't responded to prior outreach.
  • Answer questions about the sleep testing process with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments or send referrals to partner providers.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Update CRM records in real time and maintain a clean, organized pipeline.
  • Follow up with patients after diagnosis to check on their progress and satisfaction.
  • Flag patient or clinic issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, DMs, and support tickets.
  • Be responsive and available during working hours via internal communication tools.


Qualifications:

  • 60+ WPM typing speed.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong attention to detail and high reliability.
  • Ability to juggle multiple conversations and follow up independently.
  • Quiet work environment suitable for calls.
  • Comfortable using tools like GoHighLevel, Airtable, Slack, GSuite, Hubspot, and Dialpad (or willing to learn quickly).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. or Canadian healthcare clinics.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI (Protected Health Information).
