Senior Digital Project Manager (freelance)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and energetic Project Manager to join and support our team in North America. If you have digital agency experience and you're quick, communicative, and organized, then this could be the role for you. You'll need fantastic communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships internally and externally to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

Managing website projects of varying complexity from strategy, research, visual

design, and technical delivery.

Work closely with client teams, internal client services, and creative teams on a dayto-day basis.

Produce and manage all necessary project documentation, including project

timelines, resource plans, action/task sheets, status documents, and RAID logs.


Time management and Scheduling; ability to juggle multiple schedules and can

anticipate roadblocks before they occur and raise issues or flags effectively


Monitor project financials on a weekly basis, ensuring projects are on track and

raising commercial issues to the Account Manager.


Communicate, present and build relationships with client teams.


Take part in resource planning with our operations department and team leads.


Ensure clients expectations are aligned on project deliverables, next steps, and

blockers.


Take a hands-on role in troubleshooting and removing project blockers.


Run daily stand-ups with the support of the Account Manager


Communicate progress and appropriate escalation to your account and

department leader.


Provide clear contact reports and action items following internal calls and meetings.

Support the wider project management team in note-taking during workshops,

user/stakeholder interviews, and creating project deck templates for status

meetings.


Experience

5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency working on

website delivery projects

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Has been client-facing and comfortable communicating and presenting to client

teams

Has been involved in delivering customer-centric, data-driven experience,

focusing on working with creative teams through strategy, UX, and visual design.

Ability to work well under pressure, whilst remaining objective and retaining a

positive approach.

Fantastic communication skills at all levels, (presentation, written, verbal).

Highly organized and tenacious, with exceptional attention to detail.

Skilled in the use of Slack, Google Suite, and MS Office.

Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jira/Azure Dep Ops and plus.

Knowledge of Asana a plus
