Qualifications:

The Senior Business Analyst is required to have the following skills and experience:
Have 2 years of recent relevant experience defining and documenting business requirements for applications and data.
Have 4 years’ experience interacting professionally with a wide variety of people in diverse roles (e.g. executives, contractors, technical experts, users) to develop and implement automated business processes.
Have 1 year of experience working with front line clients in service delivery-based organizations.
Have 3 years of experience working with an agile team using scrum methodologies.
Have experience working effectively with non-technical end users as relates to testing, including writing business test cases, conducting functional testing, and supporting UAT.
Experience providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes.
Must have knowledge of The client Registries and Digital Services.
Responses should provide succinct examples and named resources(s) illustrating the skills and experience necessary to provide the services of a senior experience and information design consultant.
In addition to the skills and experience set out above, should demonstrate that the proposed Senior Business Analyst(s) have the following additional skills and experience.

Must Possess:

Ability to lead multi-discipline teams in conducting facilitation towards new requirements.
Gathering, development of new business processes, continuous process improvements and appropriate documentation.
Have created and delivered training to customers on the items listed in the mandatory sections.
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation including business cases, business requirements documents, use cases or process flows diagramming.
Have experience with usability issues and web-based applications.
Must have knowledge of the client Registries and Digital Services.

Preferable:

Previous experience with the client Registries Modernization Initiative will be an asset.
Have created technical documentation, diagrams and RFCs.
Have experience writing release communications.
Have knowledge of application design and development life cycle; and all aspects of IT security.
