About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Fractional Senior Advisor to provide strategic leadership in sales strategy, market positioning, and solutions architecture for our Generative AI and Data Services business. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a strong track record of building, positioning, and selling AI and data-driven solutions while guiding all aspects of business development and growth.

As a key advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring our solutions align with industry trends and customer needs. Your deep expertise in AI, data services, and business leadership will drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration for Generative AI and data services.
  • Identify high-value opportunities and refine customer acquisition strategies.
  • Guide pricing models, sales enablement tools, and performance metrics to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to sales teams and leadership on AI/data-driven sales approaches.

Market Positioning & Business Expansion

  • Define market positioning and differentiation strategies for AI-powered and data-centric solutions.
  • Lead competitive analysis to refine value propositions and messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design demand generation campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Identify partnership and strategic alliances to strengthen market reach and capabilities.

Solutions Architecture & Product Strategy

  • Provide guidance on designing, architecting, and delivering AI and data solutions that align with business goals.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, innovative, and customer-centric.
  • Support pre-sales and client engagements by delivering technical and business expertise in AI and data services.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and ethical considerations are integrated into AI and data-driven solutions.

Business Leadership & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into industry trends, emerging technologies, and market disruptions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and advise on investment strategies, go-to-market execution, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support hiring and development of internal talent to build a high-performing AI & data services team.

 



Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with a strong focus on AI, data services, and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in sales strategy, business development, and market positioning for AI and data-driven solutions.
  • Deep expertise in leading Generative AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Strong experience in solutions architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Prior experience in leading GTM strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Strong executive presence and advisory capabilities with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working in startup, scale-up, or enterprise environments is highly preferred.
