At NAVIT, we are on a mission to democratize company mobility and make it sustainable. We enable companies to provide all modes of transport to all of their employees and help them reduce their CO2 footprint. Your mission:

Your mission is to ensure the smooth execution of all tasks involved in planning and executing meetings and events for NAVIT. You will be involved in overseeing conferences, in-house events, company-hosted gatherings, meet-ups, and fairs. Your responsibilities will cover the entire event lifecycle, encompassing strategic planning, marketing, meticulous organization, efficient management, seamless implementation, and thorough follow-up.


What you can expect:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for on- and off-site meetings, conferences, and various events to align with the company's objectives and values.
  • Seamless Implementation: Take charge of the precise execution of event timelines, set-up, dismantling, support, and documentation, ensuring a flawless implementation of planned activities.
  • Marketing/Advertising: Create and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote events and attract participants, ensuring a strong representation and engagement.
  • Thorough Follow-up: Conduct thorough follow-up activities post-events, including evaluations and documentation, to gather insights for continuous improvement and future planning
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the success of future events by adapting plans based on evolving requirements and feedback.
  • Innovative Approaches: Introduce innovative ideas and approaches to enhance the overall event experience, contributing to the company's reputation for creativity and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate various aspects of an event.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive approach to tasks and willingness to take initiative. 
  • Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and manage event schedules.
  • Familiarity with event management software and technology.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management for events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during events.
  • Creative thinking to contribute innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
  • Understanding of the importance of representing the company in a positive light.
