The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Provide day-to-day project management support;
Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly status reports; project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed.
Activity and resource planning;
Analyzing project risks and issues, helps identify ways to mitigate risks;
Process monitoring;
Monitor project deliverables;
Conduct cost/benefit analysis;
Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking;
Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide support services for agency’s workload demands.
Requirements
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas areMANDATORY:
Ten (10) years of professional project management experience supporting agile technical projects;
Two (2) years of experience delivering government projects;
Experience presenting information to technical and non‐technical audiences;
Experience identifying and managing risks and issues associated with projects;
Experience analyzing project performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
Familiarity with JIRA;
PMI-PMP or equivalent certification;
Experience establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
