This is a remote position.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Admin in the MedSpa industry. In this part-time role, you will play a key part in driving sales by calling prospective clients, booking appointments, and maintaining data entry. If you are passionate about wellness and beauty services, have a proactive sales mindset, and are highly organized, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Outreach:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell our MedSpa services, generating leads and driving conversions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations, treatments, and appointments for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to service delivery.
  • Data Entry & CRM Management: Accurately input and maintain client information, leads, and appointments in our CRM system to ensure up-to-date records.
  • Customer Support: Answer client inquiries, provide information about services, and offer support when needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing emails, maintaining calendars, and supporting the team as needed.
Who You Are:
  • Sales-Oriented: You enjoy talking to people, selling services, and have a proven ability to engage potential clients and close sales.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks, manage appointment schedules, and maintain accurate records with ease.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, Google Suite, and other digital tools. You learn new systems quickly and stay efficient with your work.
  • Customer-Focused: You are dedicated to providing a positive experience for clients and making sure their needs are met at every step of the process.
  • Proactive & Independent: You can work independently, managing your time effectively in a remote, part-time role.
