Requirements

🛠 What You'll Do

Build and maintain custom workflows and automations in n8n
Integrate various tools and APIs (e.g., Airtable, Slack, Stripe, Notion, Google Sheets, Webhooks, CRMs, etc.)
Create internal systems that power client onboarding, marketing automation, reporting, and more
Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability
Collaborate with team members to map out automation opportunities
Document workflows and provide basic training or handoffs when needed

Has proven experience using n8n in a production or agency setting
Understands APIs, JSON, and webhooks like the back of their hand
Can think in systems — spotting inefficiencies and automating for scale
Is comfortable building both simple and complex multi-step automations
Can work autonomously, manage priorities, and communicate clearly
Bonus: Familiar with tools we use like Airtable, Zapier, Make, ClickUp, or Retool
