We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to be a pivotal force in our regional sales efforts. In this role, you'll be the strategic marketing partner to our Senior Vice President, Field Marketing Director, District Sales Managers, and Account Executives, providing the essential messaging, marketing collateral, sales materials, and event management needed to hit team revenue targets.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution and positioning of critical sales support deliverables. This includes crafting regional sales collateral, developing local marketing campaigns, creating effective outreach resources, managing digital web content, leveraging social media, and overseeing special projects.

  • Strategize regional events and manage event logistics, including but not limited to securing venues, developing promotional resources to drive attendance and manage registration lists, creating and ordering customer giveaways, and securing and collaborating with speakers

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with the Field Marketing Director, Account Executives, Sales Management, Sales Support, and Per Diem staff across your assigned region.

  • Maintain consistent communication with your sales team to proactively identify needs, address gaps, and ensure marketing resources are utilized most effectively within the region.

  • Partner with the National Marketing team to customize national materials for regional relevance and provide valuable, ongoing field-based input to inform future strategies.

  • Streamline and manage responses to district questionnaires and rubrics, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

  • Work independently to troubleshoot challenges and find effective solutions. 

  • Collaborate seamlessly across various internal teams to achieve shared goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 years of professional experience in sales and marketing

  • Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, and Windows program skills

  • Experience successfully managing complex projects, and excellent project management skills are essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience developing and executing campaigns that drive sales

  • Must reside in the West region/territory

  • Ability to travel: Up to 30% of travel 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with copywriting, design, production, and digital/ print marketing teams

  • Overseeing direct mail initiatives

  • Effectively prioritize in a fast­-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Innovative problem-solving ability

  • Understanding of the educational marketplace, industry trends, and funding developments,

  • Understanding of Amplify’s products

  • Amplify sales experience is a plus

  • The candidate resides in the state of California

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. This role is eligible for commissions based pay.
