The complexion of Meter’s customer base is moving towards multi-location opportunities, including international locations. This shift will continue driving a significant increase in the monthly volume of quote requests, while requiring a more hands-on approach from the team to define and operationalize best practices. To support this growing demand, we are hiring a program manager to oversee the Connect quoting process.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with the telecom and networking landscape, or who has the capacity to learn quickly, so they can confidently consult on serviceability, pricing, and solution recommendations. To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders, including carriers.
We are open to hiring remotely for this role in CST and EST US-based locations.
