About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the team of a pioneering company in the medical technology field. This organization is dedicated to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge digital and hardware solutions, and is currently scaling its Agile practices across LATAM-based teams. The ideal candidate will act as a servant-leader, promoting Agile maturity and team performance while navigating a high-impact, cross-border environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Duties

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum best practices

Identify and help remove team impediments

Act as a shield against external interruptions

Communication & Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between Agile teams and business stakeholders

Foster transparency, open communication, and collaboration

Guide constructive conflict resolution within teams

Performance & Process Improvement

Track and report on team performance, velocity, and Agile maturity

Provide visibility to leadership on progress, risks, and blockers

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Proven experience guiding multiple Agile teams, ideally in cross-cultural settings

Background supporting teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile

Skills & Tools

Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies

Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Certifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required

Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, PMI-ACP) are a plus

Language & Travel Requirements

Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory

Valid U.S. visa required (occasional travel to the United States is expected)
