Overview

As a Sales Director at Full Fabric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales team and scaling our revenue to the next level. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and leading a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue targets and propel the company's growth trajectory. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the EdTech industry by leveraging your leadership skills, sales expertise, and passion for education technology.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Sales Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to achieve individual and collective goals. Set ambitious sales targets and ensure their achievement through effective planning and execution. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continued growth. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and efficiencies.

  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Evangelise the product and personally help the team close the largest deals.

  • Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Work with Revenue Operations to develop accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and generate regular management reports to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue operations, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and ethical business practices in all sales activities.

  • Sales Coaching: Provide continuous coaching to all sales reps by joining in or listening to calls, monitoring sales activities, helping develop messaging, and keeping them highly motivated.



Requirements

We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles with a mid-market and/or enterprise SaaS product, including management of AEs and a track record of exceeding quota across the team

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approaches.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and empower sales teams to achieve excellence.

  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales practices and tactics, and have the ability to coach others on these

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics tracking.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach and a willingness to embrace challenges and drive innovation.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Language Proficiency: Ensure fluency in English, as it is a mandatory requirement for clear and efficient communication within the team and broader organisation.
