Job Summary 

  • As a senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing SEO/GEO strategies for several websites of the company across the globe.  

  • As part of our Center of Excellence you will be required to quickly understand and support initiatives contributing to our organic success. This a cross-functional role working with the teams from Web, Marcom and Business units.  

  • For our international team we’re looking for someone excited to pitch in on diverse projects and drive a fast-paced, results-oriented team culture. 

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements 

  • Remote-based, might require travel to meet team in Poland a few times a year. 

  • A valid work permit is required for applicants who are not EU Citizens 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Keep pace with SEO and internet marketing industry trends and developments, especially on the latest advancements in generative AI and its applications in SEO (AEO/GEO/AIO).  

  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search engines 

  • Develop and implement strategies for leveraging generative AI to improve search engine visibility and user engagement. 

  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.  

  • Optimize website structure, including URL, internal linking, and sitemaps, to enhance crawlability and indexability and provide recommendations about structured data 

  • Guide BUs on link-building strategies in coordination with brand SEO goals 

  • Provide training and support to marketing managers on SEO fundamentals and advanced techniques. 

 

 

Key Competencies 

  • Passion for SEO and internet marketing 

  • Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment. 

  • Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities 

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems 

  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere 

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills 

  • 5+ years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization  

  • Experience with website analysis using GA4 

  • Experience working with popular SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Search Console) 

  • Experience working with CMS Contentstack is a plus
