Job description

Role: QA Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: US EST
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% remote (candidate can work from anywhere in LATAM countries)

Required Skills:

QA Resources servicing the contact center and custom applications/Loyalty projects might be a need as well
Testing/integration type testing regression testing- learn the apps and projects- put together test scripts based on requirements
Manual testing against the applications
Functional and nonfunctional tests- they are testing some API's
Some back end SQL skills would be helpful not required
