- Oracle Session Border Controller management
- Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing.
- Genesys Cloud management.
- Carrier Voice Network Management.
- Voice Security /Fraud Detection
- 3rd Party connectivity management. This position also is expected to provide after hours and weekend on call support
