Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Director, Total Rewards will oversee the design and execution of our benefits and wellness programs, lead employee relations initiatives, and provide strategic support to the compensation function. As a key member of the HR leadership team, this person will play a critical role in shaping a culture that attracts, retains and engages top talent. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Partner/collaborate across the business to align and execute HR strategies in support of Outcome’s vision, mission and corporate goals
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance associate engagement, well-being, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.

Benefits and Wellness

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of competitive benefits and wellness programs.
  • Partner with vendors and brokers to ensure cost-effective, high-impact offerings.
  • Champion wellness initiatives that support our associate's health and productivity.

Compensation Support

  • Collaborate with VP, People Operations to provide input on pay structures, job descriptions, and market benchmarking.
  • Support annual merit review cycle 
  • Manage complex associate relations issues including organizational and structural changes.
  • Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures and practices

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and our associates on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
  • Provide direction to associates in the areas of company policy, benefits, leaves, workers compensation, 401K, and HR technology systems
Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Director or Business Partner, providing advice and solutions to business leaders and associates
  • Ability to build positive business relationships
  • Solid working knowledge of current HR processes, practices, and employment laws with proven ability to apply them to support the business
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills, good listening skills, clear writing and thinking skills, and open mind and the ability to think on their feet.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to <10%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum years of work experience:   7+ years
    • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in benefits and associate relations, including HR leadership experience
    • Familiarity with compensation principles 
  • Minimum level of education or education/experience:   Bachelor's Degree 
    • A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field
