Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs to technical implementation.
Hands on experience with ServiceNow configurations
Hands on experience with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc .
Hands on experience with ServiceNow Workflows and customisations
Hands on experience ServiceNow UI Builder, Flow designer
Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration.
Knowledge and experience on service portal with experience coding in Scripts, Angular is a big advantage.
Experience with integrations to other systems using the MID server and direct/Scripted web services.
ITAM/ITOM experience is added advantage with ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, OMT experience (anyone of these or more)
Architectural and hands-on Integrations experience with other Enterprise applications.
Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, REST and SOAP.
Desired ServiceNow Trainings/Certifications: ServiceNow System Administration, CSM, ITSM etc.

Requirements
Mandatory: Discovery CIS certification and CMDB micro-certification
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong development experience in ServiceNow (minimum 5 years in ServiceNow)
Good communication skills
Strong Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management) implementation and administration.
Experienced in managing a team of developers
