Key Responsibilities:
Handle toxic tort litigation matters, including asbestos and product liability cases.
Draft and respond to written discovery, manage depositions, and prepare for motion practice and court hearings.
Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and conduct legal research.
Participate in client meetings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Stay current on legal developments in toxic tort and related areas of law.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case management and strategy.

Qualifications:
Active membership in the State Bar of California.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $110,000 to $170,000, depending on experience.
