Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in either IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM). This is a remote, full-time opportunity ideal for a self-driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform using best practices and modern development standards.
  • Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
  • Manage and enhance existing ServiceNow modules including ITSM or ITOM based on your core expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Identify issues proactively and recommend optimizations and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Deep expertise in either ITSM or ITOM modules.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
