Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates using various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screening: Conduct resume shortlisting, telephonic screening, and evaluate candidates against role-specific requirements.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for selected candidates including documentation and induction.

  • Employer Branding: Actively contribute to enhancing the employer brand through social media, career pages, and job fairs.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and ensure compliance with internal processes.

  • Job Advertising: Draft and post job openings on career pages, job portals, and social platforms.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and improve recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Assist in interview feedback collation and post-interview candidate communication.

  • Process Improvement: Help update job descriptions, analyze recruitment data (turnover, retention), and suggest improvements.

  • Reporting: Share weekly/monthly updates with hiring managers on position status and pipeline progress.

  • Candidate Engagement: Respond to candidate queries, provide updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.



Requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of 1+ years in Internal Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, or a similar role.

  • Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

  • Hands-on experience with different interview formats (phone, structured, panel).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection.

  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines.

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (HR background preferred).
