Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Details:

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 11 AM to 7 PM EDT (1 hour unpaid break)
Saturday  - 8 AM to 1:30 PM EDT (30 minute unpaid break)


We are seeking an energetic and positive Dispatcher to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our clients and field technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • To schedule, create estimates, invoice, and book using Housecall Pro
  • Leverage customer service skills to satisfy clients and route technicians promptly
  • Monitor technicians' progress throughout the day, ensuring efficient utilization
  • Interpret technician notes and service call details to make informed decisions
  • Prioritize and manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction


Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize service calls, and have the ability to retain important information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Technical mindset with ability to grasp basic equipment issues

  • Adaptability to handle diverse client needs and emergency situations
