Leverage customer service skills to satisfy clients and route technicians promptly
Monitor technicians' progress throughout the day, ensuring efficient utilization
Interpret technician notes and service call details to make informed decisions
Prioritize and manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize service calls, and have the ability to retain important information
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Technical mindset with ability to grasp basic equipment issues
Experience with Housecall Pro
Adaptability to handle diverse client needs and emergency situations
Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and unexpected issues
