Role Name: Administrative & Photo Quality Control Assistant

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week, 8am-12pm EST with potential to expand to full-time

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between leadership, the international editing team, and clients
  • Manage the entire daily photo delivery workflow efficiently within the 8am-12pm EST window
  • Maintain detailed quality standards and follow established guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Support client relationships by ensuring all their visual content needs are met promptly and professionally
