Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT (Vancouver, Canada) — 1 hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager who will focus on growing registration packages and deposits for new and existing clients. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead lead generation efforts, develop and manage sales campaigns, optimize sales processes, and collaborate across departments to drive business growth. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution in an exciting and dynamic sector.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and refine lead generation strategies

  • Create and manage impactful sales campaigns

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to generate new leads and drive registrations and deposits

  • Work with the Admin team to ensure accurate and timely completion of official paperwork packages

  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

  • Create, test, and optimize sales scripts and pitches for maximum effectiveness

  • Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement in sales performance

  • Implement systems to track sales progress and productivity

  • Create detailed sales reports for senior management

  • Manage key customer accounts and help close strategic opportunities



Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record in inside sales

  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, including personal sales revenue

  • Ability to independently sell and close deals

  • Exceptional English communication skills for leadership and client engagement

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability/willingness to create new sales tools

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and performance tracking

  • Experience analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer needs

  • Commitment to safety, excellence, and fast response times in sales delivery and closing

  • Familiarity with AI tools to automate lead scoring, appointment setting, documentation, etc.
