Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Senior Media Strategist to join their dynamic team as a full-time independent contractor based in LATAM. They are a leading performance marketing agency specializing in eCommerce, known for driving exceptional growth for ambitious brands through innovative AI-driven strategies. In recent years, they’ve scaled rapidly, working with top-tier clients and leveraging cutting-edge automation tools to maximize campaign performance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee paid social campaigns with budgets exceeding $100K/month across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram

  • Develop full-funnel media strategies focused on maximizing conversions and profitability

  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR) using AI-driven tools

  • Apply predictive modeling, real-time bidding, and generative creative testing to enhance campaign efficiency

  • Conduct competitive analysis using media intelligence (NLP, sentiment analysis)

  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations

  • Collaborate with creative and data teams to align media strategies with content performance

  • Audit account structures and campaign setups for optimization opportunities

  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor

  • Engage with platform partners to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices

  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow automation for paid media



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (advanced degree a plus)

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience across multiple platforms

  • At least one certification (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, etc.)

  • Deep expertise in auction-based buying and profitability models

  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (automated bidding, predictive analytics, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar reporting tools

  • Strong analytical skills with mathematical fluency

  • Fluent English (written & verbal) with confidence in client-facing communication

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced remote environment
