Position Summary

The Senior IT Enterprise Operations position is an exciting lead technical position at MultiCare. This role determines operating system software architecture, hardware/software compatibility and evaluations of new operation systems, software products and systems.  From leading installations, implementing hardware and analyzing systems, this role offers you a diverse range of day-to-day work functions.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for technology, information systems and internal IT systems
  • You will keep current with new and emerging information systems trends and technologies and makes recommendations on best practices for the enterprise
  • You will ensure compliance with licensing, security regulations and privacy laws
  • You will work successfully, efficiently and productively with frequent supervision and guidance
  • You will apply understanding of information systems concepts and principles as a means of relating business needs to technology (and vice versa)
  • You will participate in IT architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plans
  • You will promote a positive customer/patient focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, to provide a superior customer/patient experience and build long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred; equivalent related experience, or combination of education and experience
  • Minimum six (6) years of information systems experience
  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $114,192.00 - $157,706.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
