Job description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Principal Product Manager to lead our Marketing as a Service (MaaS) offerings and Loyalty platform. These programs support RE/MAX Affiliates with turn-key campaigns, custom marketing materials and drive long-term engagement through rewards and value-added services. You'll oversee both product development via our strategic technology partners, all GTM efforts for releases, and serve as a leader accountable for market success and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Create and execute a forward-looking strategy for critical programs such as Marketing as a Service (MaaS) functionality and agent loyalty offerings that deliver measurable value across the agent lifecycle.
  • Program Ownership: Own critical business and product decisions, as well as key outcomes including user engagement, retention, renewal rates, and monetization. Ensure that each release ladders up to overall business goals and platform adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure buy-in from critical stakeholders, including senior leadership on priorities. Partner closely with sales, customer success, training, marketing, and engineering to drive successful development, launches, and optimizations. Positively influence and drive prioritization and decision-making with solution providers/vendors and strategic technology partners.
  • Marketing & GTM Integration: Lead collaboration with brand, creative, training, and GTM teams to plan launches, promotional strategies, campaign calendar integration, and internal enablement materials.
  • Loyalty Platform Oversight: Design, develop, and scale loyalty and rewards programs that drive consistent agent participation and partner value through rewards, tiers, and engagement incentives.
  • Competitive & Category Analysis: Stay current with marketing automation, creative marketing tactics, and enablement tools in real estate and parallel industries (insurance, financial services, etc.) to maintain a leadership position.
  • User-Centered Development: Regularly test/validate concepts, work with strategic business partners and refine offerings based on real-world usage and direct agent feedback.
  • Product Operations Leadership: Lead roadmap design, backlog refinement, release coordination, and feedback loops in partnership with your direct report and engineering leads.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and coach a Product Manager responsible for conducting customer interviews, competitive audits, roadmap execution, and delivering actionable insights to guide development priorities.
