Job Description
RE/MAX is seeking a customer-focused, technically savvy Senior Product Manager to support and evolve our Marketing as a Service (MaaS) platform and Loyalty Programs for real estate professionals. This role plays a critical part in driving agent engagement, satisfaction, and business value by enabling scalable marketing automation and meaningful loyalty experiences.
As a key contributor on the Product team, you will report directly to the Principal Product Manager and serve as the go-to expert for the technical execution, data flows, and partner integrations that power our agent marketing tools and rewards systems. You will collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and external vendors to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions that are loved by agents and valued by the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the MaaS platform and loyalty ecosystem, including architecture understanding, partner APIs, automation flows, and backend dependencies.
- Translate high-level product strategies into detailed technical requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Creative, Marketing, Data, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and integration of campaign features, templates, loyalty tiers, and user segments.
- Monitor product and platform health, identifying and resolving bugs, API issues, and content errors in collaboration with dev teams.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis of other real estate or SMB marketing platforms and loyalty systems, highlighting areas of differentiation and market opportunity.
- Own the day-to-day backlog grooming, sprint planning, and QA, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and cross-functional reviews, surfacing technical considerations and customer insights to inform roadmap prioritization.
- Support the Principal Product Manager with data analysis, reporting, and post-launch evaluations, helping inform continuous improvement and performance optimization.
Years of Experience
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in MarTech, SaaS, or B2B2C platforms
Preferred Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field
Required Licensing, Certificates and Skills (if necessary):
- Strong technical fluency; able to understand REST APIs, automation triggers, data schemas, and marketing campaign systems

- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional Agile teams and delivering production-ready features
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Familiarity with loyalty program mechanics, user tiering, and incentives strategy
- Experience managing vendors and third-party tools/integrations
- Comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Licensing, Certificates and Skills (if necessary):
- Experience in real estate, small business marketing tools, or customer engagement platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and/or data visualization tools like Tableau
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product planning tools
- Prior work on email, SMS, or content personalization campaigns

Hire Range/Rate:
$119,000 - $129,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
