RE/MAX is looking for an organized, personable and strategic Principal Product Manager to own and grow a suite of tools that are core to the productivity and profitability of real estate agents and brokerages. This role will lead initiatives across CRM, lead generation, marketing tools, CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), brokerage back-office accounting software, and recruiting solutions. You will be the single point of accountability for product success, including P&L ownership, adoption, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain a 12–24 month strategic roadmap across agent-facing and brokerage enablement products such as CRM, CMA tools, recruiting platforms, lead gen, and back-office accounting systems.
- End-to-End Decision Ownership: Make critical business and product decisions on product strategy, roadmap, go-to-market, adoption, integrations, and product lifecycle. Serve as the key point of accountability for product success.
- Competitive Analysis & Market Fit: Conduct ongoing evaluation of competitor CRMs, brokerage tools, and industry software. Benchmark against top platforms to ensure strong product-market fit and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure buy-in from critical stakeholders, including senior leadership on priorities. Partner closely with sales, customer success, training, marketing, and engineering to drive successful development, launches, and optimizations. Positively influence and drive prioritization and decision-making with solution providers/vendors and strategic technology partners.
- Marketing & Go-To-Market Alignment: Work with marketing and sales to shape positioning, messaging, and sales enablement strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Customer-Centric Development: Leverage direct agent/broker feedback, customer research, and data insights to guide priorities and user experience improvements.
- Mentorship & People Management: Manage and coach a Product Manager focused on research, analytics, and execution. Ensure alignment between strategic goals and tactical delivery.
- Success Metrics & Optimization: Define and track product KPIs such as user adoption, retention, NPS, sales impact, and operational efficiency. Own performance metrics and full P&L responsibilities for your product suite.
Years of Experience
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in real estate tech, fintech, or SaaS CRM/ERP products.
Preferred Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field
Preferred Licensing, Certificates and Skills (if necessary):
- Proven success in strategy creation and execution in B2B/B2C SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of brokerage workflows, lead gen systems, or back-office accounting.
- Ability to drive GTM in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
- Demonstrated success managing product P&L and driving revenue outcomes.
- Leadership experience managing other product managers or cross-functional pods.
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs (e.g., BoldTrail, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss) and accounting/reporting platforms.

Hire Range/Rate:
$156,000 - $180,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
