Job description

Description

Criminals today are more sophisticated, digital, and global than ever. For 30 years, our people have combined technological expertise with deep domain understanding to build investigative analytics software that helps make the world a safer place.

We are driven by curiosity and a commitment to doing good—and that spirit powers everything we do: from our business outcomes to our team culture.

As a Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in managing strategic partnerships with agents, re-sellers, and global partners. This is a unique opportunity to blend field-level partner engagement with global partner program design and execution. You'll collaborate across departments and geographies to create and scale a partner ecosystem that fuels revenue growth and customer impact.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage and grow partnerships with agents and re-sellers within an assigned region, ensuring high performance through regular check-ins, evaluations, and support.
  • Design and manage a global partner program with structured tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum), certifications, enablement paths, and incentive frameworks
  • Drive partner enablement by delivering onboarding materials, toolkits, product demos, technical documentation, and scalable training programs.
  • Create and execute strategies to improve partner loyalty, sales performance, and long-term engagement.
  • Implement systems for deal registration, lead tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure partner success at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Analyze partner KPIs such as revenue, certifications, pipeline development, and retention, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to align partner activities with GTM and product strategies.

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel management or business development, preferably in the B2B tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling global partner programs and managing partner ecosystems (VARs, resellers, system integrators).
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding of partner sales models and customer value creation.
  • Experience working with CRM, PRM, LMS, and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfort with data and KPI-based decision making.
  • Ability to operate independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field; advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS/subscription business models.
  • Familiarity with military/government sectors or regulated markets.
  • Background in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or GTM Strategy.

We believe diverse teams drive the best ideas, products, and companies. Whatever your background, identity, or playlist, if you're curious enough, we want to hear from you.
