Job description

We’re looking for a Research & Content Strategist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to connect research and insights with content that actually matters — content that helps people make decisions, learn something new, or see things from a different perspective.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape the stories we tell — and more importantly, how and why we tell them.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct research across industries, competitors, and customer groups to surface meaningful insights

  • Translate findings into strategic content plans, briefs, and messaging frameworks

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business and product goals

  • Audit and analyse existing content — identify gaps, spot opportunities, suggest improvements

  • Contribute to the development of white papers, thought leadership, website content, and internal documentation

  • Keep an eye on trends, topics, and tools that help us stay sharp

What You’ll Bring
  • Solid experience in research, content strategy, or strategic communications

  • Strong analytical and writing skills — you know how to pull a thread and follow it to something interesting

  • Ability to distill complexity into clear, engaging narratives
