We’re looking for a Research & Content Strategist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to connect research and insights with content that actually matters — content that helps people make decisions, learn something new, or see things from a different perspective.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape the stories we tell — and more importantly, how and why we tell them.
Conduct research across industries, competitors, and customer groups to surface meaningful insights
Translate findings into strategic content plans, briefs, and messaging frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business and product goals
Audit and analyse existing content — identify gaps, spot opportunities, suggest improvements
Contribute to the development of white papers, thought leadership, website content, and internal documentation
Keep an eye on trends, topics, and tools that help us stay sharp
Solid experience in research, content strategy, or strategic communications
Strong analytical and writing skills — you know how to pull a thread and follow it to something interesting
Ability to distill complexity into clear, engaging narratives
Confidence to work independently but collaboratively — we're a flat, fast-moving team
Bonus points if you’ve worked in tech, product, or B2B environments
