Job Description

The Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances will manage third party partners and evaluating new business opportunities that align with Experian Housing's strategy. Your role will involve strategic and operational activities – new partnership assessment, business case / go-to-market development, relationship management and onboarding execution. You will report to Experian's Senior Director, Mortgage M&A Partnerships.

  • Lead third-party integration efforts for Experian Verify and Housing solutions
  • Manage contracts, guide new partner onboarding/credentialing and information security assessment processes
  • Establish a joint partnership roadmap and oversee the implementation of integration projects
  • Expand existing relationships through new programs and integration of additional solutions
  • Position Experian as an essential partner with third-party platform and data providers, prospects and other accounts for partnership opportunities
  • Manage integration projects to ensure service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Perform research and evaluation of strategic partners, prospects and third-party opportunities for integration, investment and M&A for Housing
  • Coordinate communications and education with applicable partners and report on project activities and timelines, status on action items and any roadblocks
  • Monitor competitive landscape and third-party partners to inform and prioritize roadmap decisioning
  • Collaborate with teams without direct reporting relationships (marketing, product, sales, development, information security, legal)
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to support joint product development / product enhancement and go-to-market launch
  • Establish long-term strategic relationships through building personal relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
  • 8 years+ experience with mortgage industry transaction and latest technologies
  • Experience building third-party relationships
  • Project management skills required
  • Experience developing your knowledge of the Housing industry, players, data, and marketing analytics
  • Consensus-building abilities with coordinating and mobilizing resources productively
  • Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations
  • Experience interacting at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to travel
