As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will act as a personal PM creating a zero gravity environment. You will cut down on the friction between the inbox, the calendar, and getting things done. You are a master at zero inbox, and schedule intelligently. You will support the CMO in tracking action items between her and the rest of the company. You’ll get a front row seat to the internal rhythms of a cutting-edge AI and compute company, supporting one of its most externally facing execs. This role goes beyond travel ops. It is fundamentally a project management function.

This role is remote, with a preference in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Serve as air traffic control for the CMO’s time and communications
  • Create repeatable systems for automating repetitive tasks
  • Maintain zero-inbox and surface urgent items
  • Take notes and track action items across 1:1s, team meetings, and cross-functional workstreams
  • Anticipate needs - triage, schedule, and escalate with clarity and precision
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to keep projects unblocked
  • Assist with event, travel, and personal logistics
  • Stay in sync with the priorities of the office of the CMO

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting execs or companies in high growth environments
  • A background in PM, ops, or EA adjacent roles
  • Created systems that coordinate across the GSuite, Powerpoint, and more
  • Integrated automations and tooling
  • Pride in your professionalism
  • A sense of timing: when to be invisible and when to step in
  • A curiosity about AI and Compute

 

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
