The Cybersecurity Group at SandboxAQ is looking for an Engineering Manager to help functionalize AQtive Guard, our groundbreaking solution for modern non-human identity and cryptography management already launching globally with major organizations like top-tier financial institutions and government agencies.
We’re looking for a DevOps & Infrastructure team leader to build, maintain, and deploy our product into production and at scale. Moreover, the design and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines is an essential responsibility of this team, so that the broader developer experience is supported by providing the right tools to make our team efficient. The candidate should be able to make individual contributions to the codebase and infrastructure. As part of a diverse team of cryptographers, mathematicians, ML experts, and physicists, you will play a key role in the effective enablement of the technologies we are developing.
A successful candidate will excel at leading by example, have a proven track record of professional software design and development, and bring a strong understanding of information security best practices.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $225K - $315K per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
