WHO IS SPRYKER?

Spryker was founded to address the limitations of rigid, monolithic commerce platforms by providing a modular, headless, and API-first solution. Our technology enables businesses to quickly build, scale, and customise digital commerce experiences across B2B, B2C, and marketplace models.

We are trusted by industry leaders such as Ricoh, Siemens, Daimler, BOSCH, ZF, Hilti, and ALDI. Beyond technology, we offer unparalleled collaboration and co-innovation, working closely with our clients to achieve exceptional outcomes. This commitment makes us the partner of choice, even when compared to the largest competitors in the market.

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategies that support our customers’ success stories and Spryker’s continued global growth. Your work will help fuel data-driven decision-making and unlock new levels of performance across the business.

THE ROLE

Reporting to Aryuna McGloin, Director of FP&A, you’ll be a key contributor to our high-performing Finance team, responsible for enabling strategic and operational decisions through world-class financial planning and analysis.

You’ll translate strategy into numbers—building robust models, defining scalable processes, and delivering clear insights that directly inform how we operate and grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy in solving complex challenges, driving financial maturity, and shaping the way a business thinks about performance and agility.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe and we would require any applicant to be able to speak English confidently and fluently.

You will:

  • Drive performance analysis with business partners to identify actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Own and evolve the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in sync with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and maintain seamless financial operations.
  • Develop and manage a consistent KPI framework that supports clear financial steering across Spryker.
  • Deliver insightful recurring and ad hoc reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion agile, forward-looking planning practices that enable better business responsiveness.
  • Lead improvement initiatives across finance systems, tools, and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor—challenging assumptions, uncovering risks, and adding value to every discussion.

WHAT YOU NEED
Experience and Expertise:
  • 8+ years in FP&A or Controlling in a high-growth SaaS or tech scale-up.
  • Demonstrated strength in financial and strategic analysis, with hands-on ownership of planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
  • Owned EPM system optimizations and maintenance.
  • Deep expertise in integrated financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working within the field of management consulting would also be considered a plus but not essential.
Technical Toolkit:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Advanced financial modelling capabilities in EPM systems - experience with Pigment specifically would be a strong plus.
  • High SQL proficiency (with proof of application or certification).
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace (particularly G-Sheets) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
Ways of Working:
  • Highly analytical and structured in approach.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative, comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on enabling stakeholders through data and insight.
  • Passionate about AI, innovation, automation, and the power of financial systems to unlock better decisions. #LI-Remote
