Job description

Our client is a well-established Australian company in the climate services industry. They focus on delivering high-quality air conditioning, heating, and ventilation solutions.

They are seeking a Quote Data Entry Assistant to join their Finance and Administration team.

Job Responsibilities:

Quote Entry & Data Accuracy

  • Transfer quote details from the quoting platform to the invoicing system accurately.
  • Maintain consistent formatting and adhere to internal data entry standards.

Quality Control & Reporting

  • Conduct quick visual checks before and after data entry.
  • Flag discrepancies or missing information for follow-up.

Admin & System Support

  • Process 60–80 quotes daily while maintaining speed and precision.
  • Assist with quote tracking, file management, and minor admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured workflows
  • Basic familiarity with invoicing or quoting systems is a plus (not required)
  • Reliable, focused, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
