RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Support for the Call Team: Assist the team responsible for calls by organizing contact lists and recording relevant information;

·         Monitor and update the status of incoming and outgoing calls;

·         Draft, review, and send formal company correspondence;

·         Organize and archive sent and received letters, ensuring records are up to date.

·         Research, compile, and update institutional data for internal and external use;

·         Gather necessary documents and data for the company’s or employees’ income tax reporting;

·         Maintain communication with accountants and relevant authorities to ensure tax compliance;

·         Track and update the status of administrative, legal, or internal processes.

·         Coordinate with responsible parties to ensure deadlines are met.

·         Support for the direct needs of the leader;

·         Attendance at meetings;

·         Preparation of various reports;

·         Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

MUST HAVE:

·         Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

·         Education: Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

·         Advanced Excel;

·         Organizational Skills

·         Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·         Prioritization Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

 

NICE TO HAVE:

·         Knowledge of cash flow tracking and cost control.

·         Proficiency in Power BI.

·         Understanding of compliance and corporate governance.

·         Proactivity and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
