This is a remote opportunity to work from home. Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday from 11am - 8pm EST.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide overall direction and guidance to a team of processors to ensure company standards are met
- Use analytics to increase your processors pull-through, reduce their turn times, and increase customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of remote processors. Manage, guide, and develop the group, ensuring maximum production efficiencies
- Responsible for personnel management to include but not limited to hiring, training, coaching, performance management, approving timecards and PTO, and monitoring customer service and productivity levels within the department
- Participate in the management, revision and training of policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance and to maximize productivity
- Promote an overall team approach to funding quality loans
- Responsible for ensuring loans close smoothly by the required lock period
- Ensure communication of your team exceeds customer service standards
- Handle escalated customer service issues directly with customers
- Work closely with Sales, Credit Risk, Jr Underwriting, Closing, Post Closing and Compliance
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry standards
- Work closely with the VP of Processing and SVP of Operations assisting with special projects as recommended/required
What You’ll Need:
- Must have experience in the last three years in a processing management role in a high volume, consumer direct mortgage environment. Preferably in a current mortgage processing management role.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Power Pivots
- Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills; strong ability to effectively lead and develop employees
- Knowledge and ability to oversee compliance with applicable state and federal laws and industry regulations pertinent to the mortgage banking sector
- Strong attention to detail, superior analytical skills, data driven mentality
- Ability to work under intense deadlines and to manage/execute competing priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business needs
- Open and receptive to change with the ability to positively lead and motivate others during times of growth and transformation
- Strong PC skills (MS Office) required, must have experience with Mortgage origination systems, platforms tools and technology
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in business, finance or related field

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $54,000 . This role also includes an opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus with a total compensation range of $54,000 - $150,000.
