Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global fintech company that provides traders worldwide with access to a wide range of financial instruments, innovative trading tools, and professional support in a secure, regulated environment. Who are looking to recruit a  Business Development Manager.


Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote

Employment type: Full-time  

Remuneration: Base salary.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent/ native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
  • Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in German or Canadian markets. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit) 
  • Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
