Job Title: BSS/OSS Architect (Need Telecom Exp)

We are seeking a skilled BSS/OSS Architect with experience in enterprise or mid-market environments to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) solutions tailored to the specific needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of telecom and IT infrastructure, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. The BSS/OSS Architect will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation and operational efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement BSS/OSS solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for BSS/OSS implementation.

- Lead the development and integration of BSS/OSS components, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in BSS/OSS architecture.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a BSS/OSS Architect in enterprise or mid-market environments.

- In-depth knowledge of telecom and IT infrastructure, including billing systems, CRM, order management, network management, and service provisioning.

- Strong understanding of industry standards and protocols such as TM Forum Frameworx, eTOM, and SID.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to drive architectural decisions and provide strategic guidance for BSS/OSS initiatives.
