Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is currently looking for an Inpatient Orders Analyst to support a healthcare organization in Texas. This will be a 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension and will be remote. This role provides application support of medium to high complexity for both acute and non-acute care clinical applications within a large, multi-regional healthcare system. It includes responsibilities around incident, change, and problem management, adhering to established ITIL processes.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for the Inpatient Orders module, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
  • Collaborate across the Clinical Informatics team and enterprise to ensure the strategic alignment of clinical applications.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvement and develop solutions to enhance clinical workflows.
  • Maintain standardized best-practice workflows and clinical content across ministries.
  • Assist in managing clinical application projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
  • Support system testing, validation, and documentation for upgrades and enhancements.


Requirements
  • Epic Inpatient Orders Certification required.
  • Proven experience with Inpatient Orders implementation.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Benefits
Hourly rate- $75-85/hr
