This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Total weekly hours: 40 Hours

Job Description

This exciting role combines customer communication excellence with technical data management in the fast-paced restaurant industry. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between the company and restaurant location managers, coordinating facility surveys while ensuring seamless data integration into maintenance management systems. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you work with busy restaurant staff to schedule critical asset assessments. Additionally, you’ll leverage your attention to detail to process asset data through sophisticated SharePoint-based systems, directly contributing to the operational success of major restaurant chains nationwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Make approximately 30 outbound calls per day to restaurant locations (McDonald’s, Burger King, Pizza Hut, etc.)
  • Send coordination emails and follow-up communications to facility managers
  • Schedule and coordinate facility survey appointments with location managers
  • Manage access requirements and insurance documentation for survey visits
  • Coordinate hours of service and operational timing with various restaurant locations
  • Extract make, model, and serial numbers from asset photographs
  • Verify warranty information and enter manufacturing dates into maintenance management systems
  • Follow established SOPs and checklists for data entry processes
  • Process asset information through SharePoint-based systems

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native level required)
  • Strong phone communication abilities to handle restaurant managers professionally
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and asset information extraction
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and checklists consistently
  • Experience with basic computer applications and web-based systems
  • Professional demeanor when dealing with busy restaurant staff
