Role Name: Executive Assistant with Bookkeeping Support

Schedule:

  • Part-time to Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (minimum)

  • Manage comprehensive email coordination and scheduling across multiple business entities
  • Handle essential bookkeeping functions and organize financial data for optimal accessibility
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based tracking systems for various business operations
