This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 9am to 6PM
Client Time zone: Central European Time (Italy)

Job Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our expanding retail and cosmetics business. This role offers the unique opportunity to support a multi-location company that’s making its mark across Italy and Switzerland. You’ll handle critical back-office functions that keep our stores running smoothly while gaining valuable experience in retail operations, financial coordination, and international business administration. Working directly with our leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our continued growth and success in the competitive retail market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive back office operations across multiple store locations
  • Conduct phone communications with Italian business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Process and manage Italian business documents, correspondence, and official communications
  • Oversee banking operations including account monitoring and financial record management
  • Coordinate mail handling and employee communication systems
  • Support administrative functions across Italy and Switzerland locations
  • Assist with general office management and operational coordination
  • Handle employee care and administrative support functions
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a growing international business

Requirements
  • Must speak Italian fluently - perfect reading, writing, and speaking skills required
  • Strong communication abilities for professional phone-based interactions
  • Proven experience in back office and administrative operations
  • Competency in financial record management and banking coordination
  • Demonstrated reliable and dedicated work ethic
  • Comfortable working full-time remote schedule (40 hours per week)
  • Experience with office management and employee coordination preferred
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a growing international business
