Role: Social Media Assistant
Overview:
This is a junior-level position designed to support the daily operations of social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Manage social media profiles by engaging with the audience (likes, comments, DMs)
Monitor interactions and maintain active community management
Provide basic reporting on engagement and platform activity
Offer suggestions to improve online presence and engagement
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience managing non-personal social media accounts
English proficiency (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office, Windows, and Google Workspace tools
Portfolio or examples of previous social media work
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms
Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Strong interest or prior experience in social media management
