Job Title: Social Media Video Assistant (10 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
Edit podcast recordings into short, attention-grabbing clips (30–90 seconds)
Format videos for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Add captions, music, transitions, and branding elements
Follow brand guidelines and direction provided by the business owner
Ensure all content is visually appealing and aligns with the brand voice
Strong understanding of what performs well on social media
Experience working with long-form audio or video content
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Clear communication and responsiveness
Creative eye and attention to visual detail
Bonus: Access to royalty-free music, stock video, or image libraries
