This is a remote position.

Role Name: Video Editor - Content Creation Support

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 10 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling

Client Time zone: AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Job Title: Social Media Video Assistant (10 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Edit podcast recordings into short, attention-grabbing clips (30–90 seconds)

  • Format videos for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Add captions, music, transitions, and branding elements

  • Follow brand guidelines and direction provided by the business owner

  • Ensure all content is visually appealing and aligns with the brand voice



Requirements

  • Strong understanding of what performs well on social media

  • Experience working with long-form audio or video content

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Clear communication and responsiveness

  • Creative eye and attention to visual detail

  • Bonus: Access to royalty-free music, stock video, or image libraries
