Job description

This is a remote position.

ITTConnect is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) Consultant to work for one of our US-based clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.

Job location: Remote, work anywhere from Brazil.

Requirements

15+ years of IT experience
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, expert in Recruitment Management (RCM)
Fluent in English
At least 2 SuccessFactors Compensation End to end implementation and support experience
Good knowledge of SuccessFactors RCM RMK CSB
Experience in supporting multi-country global rollouts
Experience on Software lifecycle and Support methodologies
Prior experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, or data governance
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
