Job description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to own the daily operations, data integrity, and performance of our revenue tech stack. This role is critical to ensuring seamless platform integration, license provisioning, and actionable reporting that empowers our go-to-market teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. 

 

Responsibilities 

The primary responsibilities of this role include:  

  • Tech Stack Ownership: Administer and support revenue tools including ZoomInfo, Gong, Fellow, ChurnZero, Calendly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
  • System Integration & Sync: Troubleshoot data sync issues across platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce alignment and integrity. 
  • Provisioning & Licensing: Manage user provisioning, license deployment, and access controls across all RevOps systems. 
  • Database Management: Conduct regular audits and hygiene initiatives to ensure CRM and platform data is accurate, complete, and actionable. 
  • Testing & QA: Support Salesforce deployment cycles by testing system changes, configurations, and integrations. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Export and analyze data from core systems to identify trends, uncover insights, and support operational strategy. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, and IT to ensure technology usage aligns with business goals and organizational best practices. 

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following: 

  • 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related systems/analyst role 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and major sales tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, ChurnZero, Calendly, etc.) 
  • Strong understanding of data structures, workflows, and integrations in a B2B SaaS environment 
  • Proficient in exporting, cleaning, and interpreting data using Excel and BI tools 
  • Comfortable managing user access, provisioning tools, and maintaining platform hygiene 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently 
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment 

Compensation$90,000 - $98,000 base salary
