Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead the implementation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle.
Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret campaign data. Derive actionable insights and translate findings into optimization strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
Audience Strategy and Segmentation: Lead sophisticated audience research, segmentation, and targeting initiatives. Utilize advanced targeting capabilities to optimize audience selection and messaging strategies.
Creative Direction and Testing: Collaborate closely with creative teams to conceptualize and develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets. Oversee A/B testing and iteration cycles to refine and enhance campaign performance.
Budget Management and Reporting: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI. Generate detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Industry Leadership and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Lead the adoption of innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
Reporting and insights: Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, performance trends, and recommendations for optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
3-5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and optimization.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Products (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.)
Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $60k+
Client management and client-facing experience required
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and generate actionable insights.
Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to drive impactful campaigns in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ecommerce and agency experience desirable
